Sustainable Development and Climate Change (SDCC)
Funky Dragon are currently working on Sustainable Development and Climate Change Projects. A steering group was set up in our April ’11 residential; they will be looking at our national research questions, checking our progress on the mini research projects, and two of them will be attending the quarterly Climate Change Commission meetings. We have been advertising for a new, South Wales SDCC Worker who will hopefully be starting in September!

Funky Dragon Trustee Vacancies
Volunteers aged 25+ are required to be trustees for Funky Dragon. We are particularly seeking Trustee volunteers with skills and experience in any of the following areas:
• Children and youth issues including knowledge of the UNCRC and Welsh Government Policies
• Fundraising
• Finance/HR
• Public Relations and Media
• IT/Website

Invitation to Tender
Funky Dragon is looking to procure six contracts to work with young people aged 16 - 18 who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). The aim of the contracts is to train practitioners from organisations that work directly with young people who are NEET. These organisations will then deliver the 'Funky Dragon Active Citizenship' program with the young people they work with, in 'Convergence' Local Authority areas in Wales.
