The key aims for CLIC
1. To establish CLIC as the recognised impartial National Information and Advice Service for young people in Wales 11 to 25.
2. To be bold and visionary in developing and implementing improved services to clients who access the service.
3. To build the service in conjunction with young people and strategic partners so as to raise awareness of the service and make it accessible to all.
4. To provide accredited training in basic information work with young people.
5. To provide accurate and current local information on the CLIC website for young people in their local authority area.
6. To support and work with Extending Entitlement and Participation for Young People in Wales.
