My name is Christina and I am the ESF Coordinator for Funky Dragon. ESF is the European Social Fund.
My main role is to ensure thatreporting and monitoring systems are in place so that funding providers know how Funky Dragon spends ESF money and what impact the projectshave on the young people we work with. I work closely with the Development team, provide administrative support and organise events within the ESF funded projects.
I am also responsible for managing the work experience placements that are offered at Funky Dragon and organising staff training programmes.
In my spare time I enjoy creative writing, swimming and helping out at my local Young Farmers Club.
